We planted our first garden this year and it looks like our most successful harvests are going to be tomatoes, basil (that stuff grows like a weed), and mini gourds (I only planted these so I didn't have to pay for them for fall decor). I'm going to try my hand at homemade salsa and/or spaghetti sauce. I'm already working on making about a gallon of basil pesto (I have that much basil). We'll see what happens.

Great job! I so could not do this! If I did, I probably couldnt' eat them later. I don't know why, but something about me storing my own food and me getting sick on it later scares me! lol
