My son's school is closed for 7 days due to a large number of sick children. The swine flue has also been confirmed. So far we are ok. I have him at home, safe with me. Hoping he has not already been exposed. My DD is in middle school. Her school did not close yet. I am also hoping she does not get it. School can not be over soon enough this year! I want my babies at home, safe with me. UGH!

Wow! How scary! What part of the country are you in? I think we've had one confirmed case in our county - someone who had traveled to Mexico a few weeks ago. But nothing too bad here at all.

We are in north east PA. A small little town and hour outside of Philly. No other school in the county has it... just ours.
