I am always looking for a unique dish to take to picnic. That is exactly what I found when I attended a holiday gathering this past Saturday night. Hoagie Dip was the hit of the party. So much so that I copied it and claimed it for myself for the picnic we attended Monday afternoon. It tastes just like an Italian sandwich! We served sliced crusty bread with it. Put a scoop of the dip on the crusty bread and enjoy!
This is the stray dog we took care of for a week until her owners were found. She is now at home with her owners and awaiting the birth of her puppies!Hoagie Dip
1/4 pound of ham
1/4 pound of salami
1/4 pound of capacola
1/4 pound of American cheese
1/4 pound of provolone cheese
1/4 pound of sliced peperoni
Tomato, lettuce, onion, mayo and oregano.
Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix them together. Add mayo and oregano to taste.
Serve with cut up hoagie rolls or crusty bread to dip with.
We are enjoying fresh spinach, lettuce, radishes and asparagus from the garden!! Yummy!
