Crockpot meals are my favorite way to cook and pinch pennies at the same time. First you can buy a cheaper cut of meat and have it turn out perfect when it has been slow cooked all day. Second, crockpot cooking is perfect for a busy family. Start it in the morning and eat as soon as you get home before you run off to those evening activities!
