Put the browned hamburger in the bottom of the crock pot and sprinkle the taco seasoning and ranch dip mix on top of the hamburger. Drain and rinse the cans of beans and then add them to the crock pot. Pour the entire cans of corn and tomatoes on top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Top with sour cream and cheese and serve with a side of tortilla chips.

Thanks for the recipe. It looks good, I might try it this week. Yesterday I bought 80/20 ground beef at $1.99/lb, that's about as good as it gets around here! I love that you added a pic, that always makes me more likely to try stuff, ya know? Have a Great Day!
Taco soup is certainly a favorite at my house. Our recipes are so similiar. One new addition my family loves is adding a few additional toppings, some fresh cilantro, and a few cut up limes. Everyone chooses what they like best!
Thanks for sharing :)

I fixed taco soup last night too. It's a big hit around my house. We use black beans instead of pintos though, and I've never tried it with the ranch. I'll have to give that a try next time.
thanks for the great recipe I will have to try this out
My husband is not a good cook, but he makes a mean taco soup! "Mean" in a good way! :)
I leave out the ground beef and add an extra can of beans. It's so good!
I love taco soup....but never thought of the ranch seasoning....hmmmmm. Might have to give it a go.
thanks for linking up :)
Have you seen my coupon blogs? since you are "frugal finds" I thought you might find it interesting.
blessings :)
I printed out a recipe for this not too long ago, but I haven't tried it yet. Yours looks great. I'll have to try it soon.
We had the same thing last night, with enough left over for dinner tonight! YEAH! I like to add green chilis to ours. It's very good.
I love this recipe - you eat it the same as me, lots of cheese, chips and sour cream. {Sometimes I add diced avocado!} :)
I love taco soup. I haven't made it in a while. Thanks for the reminder. Also, thanks for participating, this week, in TMTT.
I like the idea for ranch dressing mix in the recipe! Thank you for sharing:)
