Monday June 1st....

This is my DD just a few short years ago.
Today she is 11. Where did the years go? Happy Birthday baby girl!!


She does not want a cake. She is no longer a fan of cake. She want fresh fruit and this dip instead.... (pictures to come later today)

Fruit Dip

1 8oz cool whip

1 large box of vanilla instant pudding

1 pint heavy cream

Mix cool whip and vanilla pudding, then add cream to desired thickness. Chill and serve with fresh fruit.

DD went to Hershey Park on a field trip last Friday with her school. She found a quarter!! Found money jar is now up to $1.50!! Yippee!
