First Tomatoes....

I love tomatoes! One food I could survive on.. tomatoes!! Love them!! This year I am more grateful than ever for these grape tomato plants on my deck. You see here, my first red tomatoes. I picked them last week. You may also notice the yellow leaves behind the tomatoes. It has been so cool and wet in the North East this summer. My grape tomato plants are turning yellow and the garden tomato plants have lots of buds but no tomatoes. We will be lucky to have tomatoes by August at this rate.
The good side of having a cool wet summer.... we have yet to turn on any air conditioning. We have never made it this far into a summer without air conditioning since we have been married.
Love the electric bill... miss the garden fresh tomatoes!

Old Navy Deal...

I headed to Old Navy this am to get the $1 t shirts that were supposed to be offered today only. I was sad to see they were $5 instead. When I came home, I googled and read that Old Navy pulled the plug on this promotion at the last minute. I am sorry if I caused anyone to make a special trip. I was let down by this change also. My Son's New Camera....

NEW VTech Kidizoom Digital Camera
My 8 year old just found this camera in the game closet. It was actually a Christmas gift 2 years ago. We are a little slow at times. He has been having fun taking these pictures. Thank goodness they now have digital cameras and you no longer need to pay to develope pictures like this! LOL! Enjoy!
