This is fresh cut mountain tea. Normally I use fresh mint but we bought this mountain tea a few years ago and it is growing like wild fire this year. I put it in a pot of water, bring it to a boil and then turn the stove off and let is soak for a few hours. I add a cup of sugar while the water is still warm then pour it into a clean milk jug (recycled) when it is cool and fill with water.
