Seed starting time!!!

Time to think about the spring garden! We have cabbage, broccoli and some flowers started in the basement under grow lights. We will soon add tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, squash and zucchini plants. Most other things get planted directly in the ground.
For more tackle or talk about it Tuesday go here....

Yeah! I was just asking somebody when I needed to start my garden I have planned for this year. (I have a brown thumb) So far, blueberries are the only things I haven't managed to kill :)

It looks like your seeds have already spouted, is it too late if i live in the south?

These are for cool weather crops like cabbage or broccoli. I am in zone 6.

That's great. My kids always wanted to plant stuff - but I do not have a green thumb and am afraid to mess up. This is inspiring.

I wish my balcony got more sun, because I'd love to plant some things.
