Target Deals....

Not my best shopping trip but still not too bad. I got all this for $6.35. I noticed when I got home that the shave gel rang up for $2.99 instead of the $1.74 sale price on the shelf. I would not have bought it for $2.99 since the only reason I picked it up was that I could get it for 74 cents after a $1 coupon. I have to go back one day this week to pick up pictures so I may take the reciept with me and get a refund for the difference. The Dove chocolate was 50% off and my husband loves it so I will give it to him for Easter. The Degree deodorant was free after coupon, I got the full $2.00 coupon for the Campbell's soup even though it only cost $1.59, got $6.50 off with a coupon for free 5ct Claritin even though it only cost $4.94, had a printable coupon for 50 cents off dixie cups, and 50 cents off Pasta Roni and then 2 $1.00 Milkbone coupons plus a B1G1F coupon (2 Milkbone bags ended up costing only 69 cents!). Target is great with coupons and happily takes printed coupons... unlike many other store in my area! I had to go there anyway this morning for a prescription so I grabbed my coupons on the way out the door.

I think you did great!
Earlier this week, I bought a bag of 50% off Hershey's Kisses at CVS. I put the red ones in the candy dish--to me, it's Valentine's right until Feb. 29--and the pink ones I'll save for Easter basket candy. I plan to go back to see if the prices are down to 75% off for Valentine's things. Actually, the candy I put out earlier this month was red-wrapped candy from Christmas. I'm going to use green and gold for St. Patrick's Day.
I think we better keep the 'transfer one holiday treat to another' idea to ourselves, though. Wouldn't want retailers to discover the secret and spoil our fun, LOL!

Was the doves advertised in their flyer? If so I missed it, and I have coupons! Dove is my favorite.

The Dove was on Valentine clearance. I was at Target today and all the Valentine stuff is gone. I missed the 90% off!
