Frugal Exercise.....


You do not need anything fancy to get the propper exercise in a day. My newest exercise plan is to get 10,000 steps a day. It does take a lot of work to get to that, but you do not need a lot of money. I took a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood yesterday to help get me to this total. Frugal exercise works for me!!

Good job! It really is hard to get that every day! We do a million step challenge in the summer, to see if we can walk One Million steps over the summer. Very fun!

It always is nice to be able to reach a goal! I haven't been walking and running for the past week and a half since it's been too cold outside to take my little one...
