You do not need anything fancy to get the propper exercise in a day. My newest exercise plan is to get 10,000 steps a day. It does take a lot of work to get to that, but you do not need a lot of money. I took a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood yesterday to help get me to this total. Frugal exercise works for me!!
