How does your garden grow?

This is how some of our garden starts to grow. This is a hobby for my husband but it also saves a few bucks. The top trays are mostly spring plants that need to go out as soon as we have a Saturday morning where the ground is not frozen. The bottom trays are full of summer veggies and flowers.
Below is what I got at the store last night for just $6.37 out of pocket. Total before coupons was $24.95 and I had $18.58 in coupons. The best surprise buy was the bagged spinach. They had a store sale of 50% off this brand and there were 55 cents coupons on display that double. It was originally $3.99 then $1.99 on sale minus $1.10 to be 89 cents a bag. My son eats spinach salads daily and we have been using a lot of spinach in our smoothies so I may go back at the end of the week to get more.

Wow! What a great grocery trip! What store did you go to?

I think it is a regional chain. It is called Sure Fine. Usually has high prices but doubles coupon to 99cents so it is a great store to hit when I have good coupons. I only went to the store at all because I had free Barilla coupons to use by Monday or they would expire.

Wow! you did a great job! I love using coupons to get stuff free or almost free! My shopping trip last night also included the brownie mix, smart taste pasta and potatoes like yours.
