Wednesday......

WOW... what a spark I ignited in a few folks yesterday over one little comment that was neither mean or hateful. You would have thought Kate herself was leaving all those anonymos comments... but how could she possibly have the time to read my blog since she is so busy watching others fold, iron and put away all that laundry. But, I know she is not busy pretreating the laundry since she refuses to let her kids get dirty or messy because they may get something on all the free Gap and Gymboree clothing? Yes, I do watch the show (my kids love to watch all the little kids). BUT, I look at it as pure entertainment. Kind of like Ripley's Believe It or Not! I love to watch and read about large families, mostly out of amazement. While yes, I do think they love their children, I feel this couple is selling their children in order to keep up with the Jones (or Beth in this case) instead of working a 9 to 5 job like the rest of the world. The last thing I will say on the subject is this: Calves are inhumanely treated in order to bring liver to the grocery store shelf. I equate Jon Gosselin to the calf and the tv show to the grocery store shelf. Enough said.

Low Fat Beef Enchiladas - dinner tonight will be a modified version of this recipe. I will be putting steamed carrots and onions through the food processor to add some nutrition to the ground beef so the kids do not see it and say ewe! They like it as long as they can not see it!
