When you make your Buffalo Chicken Dip from that recipe, which calls for canned chicken, I highly recommend Swanson Chicken's all white meat breast. It is low cal, low fat and works great in the dip. I work with Swanson so that's what we use and we get compliments on it all the time!
I always use the real chicken breasts but may try the canned next time. Thanks for the tip!
