One of my New Years Resolutions was for our family to eat healthier. Exercise more too. No official diets but just to be healthier in general. I am supposed to start that today. I also start this day with a microwave waiting for a part in order for it to function again. I have a few things to clear out of the house too. This weeks menu will reflect a little of all this.
Sunday.. Fend for yourself night. DS went to dinner with his Aunt and brought something home for his sick sister.
Monday... Baked pork chops, baked potatoes, peas and clementines
Tuesday... Spaghetti and bruchetta
Wednesday... Whole chicken, rice, raw carrots, pears
Thursday... Club sandwiches and spinach salad
Friday... night out
Saturday... grill night
