Christmas Eve.....

I have been very busy enjoying some Holiday time with my family. I will be back after Christmas in full swing and with more pictures. These are called Rickety Uncles and are pretty simple to make. Here is the recipe.

1/2 cup cugar

1 cup King Molasses Syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

Bring above to a boil; remove from heat.

Add: 1 cup peanut butter; stir. Then add 5 cups corn clakes; mix.

Using a Tbsp, drop onto wax paper; store in covered container.
