Home made Peanut Eggs:
2 lbs 10x sugar
1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
8 ox cream cheese
1/4 lb butter
-mix and let sit in fridge over night
- roll mixture into egg shaped balls
chocolate:
semi sweet baking chocolate
- for every 6 oz of chocolate, add 2T solid oil (i sometimes skip this)
- melt slowly in microwave
- dip roll eggs into melted chocolate with a toothpick and set on wax paper
- refrigerate for best results
