Thursday......

I got this book from Santa. I love it! I really want to work on getting our family eating healthier. I came a long way in 2007 but I would like to take it a step farther in 2008. SO.......

I bought this butter and cocoa and pureed the carrots and spinach. What will all this make you ask? Brownies!! Healthy low fat brownies! I am going to make them this afternoon. I will let you know if they were a hit or not.
Here are the holiday socks I collected all year on clearance sales. We gave them to my mother-in-law as a Christmas gift. She loved them! They kids picked them out so that made them even more special to her and it is a gift she can use all year long. All of them were under $1 each!!

Even though it was only 14 degrees here this morning, I got my butt in gear and headed back to the gym after not going for 2 months. I picked up these 2 samples on my way out of the gym. Not a bad find!! DH will use them after his workouts!
